Survey Names New Jersey In Top 5 States With Best Drivers In US
Why do people think everyone in New Jersey sucks at driving so badly? Honestly, it's one of those stereotypes I will NEVER understand. I'm here to say that we are GREAT drivers. I had to drive to PA earlier this week and truly took my life into my hands.
I won't deny that we all likely suffer from road rage a bit. There's so many people packed into such a small state that it's hard not to get annoyed behind the wheel every once in a while. Don't judge me, okay?
I strongly believe that I'm allowed to be annoyed by out-of-state drivers trying to get on our highways and now there's evidence to back that up. A survey was published that places NJ near the top of the list of states with the best drivers in America.
Take that, haters!
New Jersey ranks at number 5 on the list of US states with the best drivers in the country thanks to AutoInsurance.org.
After crunching some numbers the numbers, they figured out that most of NJ's drivers in the state have a relatively clean driving record. We also have almost 6.5 million licensed drivers in the state of New Jersey. Being honest, though, it's not surprising to hear that the most common driving infraction is an at-fault accident.
Apparently, us Jersey drivers aren't too shabby behind the wheel compared to everyone else. By the way... only one of NJ's border states even made it into the top 10. So, congratulations to New York, I guess.
