Downtown Hammonton is about to get a new bakery filled with delicious carbs!
The holiday season is here with chilly days ahead, and that is the perfect excuse to enjoy a fresh and tasty treat like croissants, crumb cake, stinky bun, cookies, cakes, and even breakfast sandwiches, made on fresh bread.
A Sweet New Chapter for The Bakeshoppe
The Bakeshoppe, which has been operating in Newfield, baking in a commercial home kitchen, is about to open a brand new storefront in the heart of Downtown Hammonton.
Mark Your Calendar for November 29th
The big day is almost here. On Saturday, November 29th, they will move to 15 Horton St, the former home of Chiney Rustic Ales Brewery, which closed its doors back on June 14, 2025.

This bakery is my way of inviting you into my home, this bakery feels like home. A warm pastry will always be waiting ( as long as you wake up in time ), a cup of coffee ready to be poured and good conversation to be had.
The Grand Opening will have plenty of tasty pastries available until they sell out, with doors opening at 8 a.m.
