Man in Shower Cap Wanted By Millville Police

No word on if he just walked out of the shower and into a life of crime or what, but police want to talk to a man in a shower cap.

Millville Police have released surveillance photos and are asking for help in identifying the man pictured above. They say it's in reference to a suspicious circumstance (and we don't think that circumstance is merely wearing a shower cap outside).
