Police in EHT Looking For Man Caught on Camera

Police in Egg Harbor Township are hoping someone sees this photo and can help identify the man in it.

Police say they understand the picture is not, well, picture perfect, but they're hoping someone will recognize the man in the photo. They say they want to speak with him in regards to in incident that took place in the Cardiff section of the township on September 27th.
