Police Looking for Witnesses After Teen Hit by Car in Sicklerville

A Tuesday night accident in Sicklerville left a teenage girl injured. Police now want speak with anyone who may have witnessed what happened.

The accident took place at Kearsley Rd. and Cedar Grove Dr. around 7:30 PM as the 14-year-old Camden County Tech School student was getting off her bus.

She was reportedly struck by a blue Kia Forte as she attempted to cross the street. The driver of the vehicle remained on the seen and was visibly distraught according to nearby homeowner Patty Scanlon.

The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital for leg injuries, according to 6abc.com.
