The State of New Jersey has delayed the start date for the criminal trial of Marty Small until after his reelection bid takes place six days earlier.

Nothing to date has gone right for Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small throughout the court process regarding his criminal charges.

Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small and his wife, La’Quetta Small will be back in New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury’s courtroom, today.
