The Flyers didn't carry the play for most of the night, but took advantage of the opportunities they had to keep hanging around in the playoff picture with a 4-1 win over the Islanders.
On a rain-soaked night, Claude Giroux marked a special occasion with his 800th NHL game, only the third Flyer to reach that mark in franchise history. He celebrated by capping off one of the Flyers most dramatic wins.
