Although Gov. Murphy has vetoed other appropriations, state lawmakers are on the verge of approving $100 million for an emergency rental assistance program.
“30 percent of adults in New Jersey...say they’ve had trouble sleeping at some point over the past week,” said Joel Cantor, the director of the Rutgers University Center for State Health Policy.
