The Islanders scored twice late in the first and again in the second as the Flyers fell for the second straight night.

The Flyers continue the road trip on Thursday night, taking on the New York Islanders at 7:30 p.m.

The Flyers were able to finally get an edge in the shootout, defeating the Devils 4-3 on Friday night from Prudential Center in Newark.

The Flyers' 3-0 loss to the New Jersey Devils on Thursday night was much closer than the final score.
