Marty Small verbally attacks school board member

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small took to local talk radio yesterday and called challenger Ron Bailey: Idiot. Uneducated. Unqualified to serve on the Atlantic City Council.

It has become abundantly clear that Marty Small is taking the heat over the serious multiple criminal charges that he is facing.
