The fishing poles on board Richard O'Day's recreational fishing boat were not touched and his wallet and cell phone were found left behind a day after he left a dock.

Charges against rock star Bruce Springsteen for drunken driving and reckless driving, related to an incident in November on Sandy Hook, have been dropped.

Bruce Springsteen was said to be "cooperative" with police during his arrest, according to the Park Service.
