NJ.com has put together a list of the Top 20 towns with the highest percentage of million dollar homes in all of New Jersey, and two local towns made the million dollar list!
Coming in at #13 is Avalon, with close to 52% of all homes worth at least a million dollars or more. Stone Harbor makes the Top 10 with over 57% of homes worth a million or more.
The Top 3 towns are: Alpine located in Bergen County, Sea Girt in Monmouth County and Mantoloking in Ocean County (#1).
