It seems like every day there is a new commercial featuring a different type of mattress. There's box spring, memory foam, gel and a whole list of others. The question is how do we know which one is right for us?

Getting a good night's sleep depends on a lot of different factors -- comfort, stress level, roomtemperature – but to get it right, you've got to start with the basics and your mattress is the firstvbuilding block to a restful slumber.

If you're in the market for a new mattress and have recently taken a stroll down the aisle of a bedding store, you know that there is an unbelievable selection. It can almost be overwhelming.


First question you should ask yourselve is, "Do  I like a bed with bounce or an extra firm surface?"  Plus take into consideration the way you and your partner sleep.
