A press release says that in exchange for his plea, the State agreed to recommend a sentence of five years in state prison. Hunter will be subject to a three year term of parole supervision upon his release.

The defendant was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending sentencing. The charges against co-defendant Anthony Faulkner are still active and he has a court date on March 1st.
