Hoops For All Season Opener

Margate Community Education and Recreation presents the 9th annual Hoops For All season.  Hoops For All is an instructional basketball league for physically and cognitively challenged children.   The first games of the season will take place on Sunday, January 11th beginning at 2pm at the Eugene Tighe School located at 7804 Amherst Avenue in Margate.  Goodwin Gopherit, The South Jersey Field of Dreams mascot, is expected to make an appearance.

The league is open to special needs children and young adults between the ages of seven and twenty one.   All new and returning players should report that day.  For more information or to register contact Marianne Christian at (609) 822-2285.
