Hero South Jersey Cop Saves 3 Lives on 3 Different Occasions in March

EVESHAM— An 11-year veteran of the township police force is being praised for saving three lives during three shifts in March.

In the first incident, Officer Brian Strockbine performed CPR and revived a woman left for dead on the front yard of her home on Concord Road, according to Evesham Police.

On her way to the hospital she regained consciousness and was able to identify her husband as the person who assaulted her. The husband was charged with first-degree criminal attempted homicide, second-degree aggravated assault and third-degree evidence tampering.

Strockbine wasn't finished.

He was the first officer on scene at an accident on Route 73 at Centre Boulevard, where a car was filling with smoke. He broke through a window and pulled out the driver, who was suffering from a diabetic attack.

Then on St. Patrick's Day, Stockbine again used CPR, this time on a woman on Knox Boulevard.

Strockbine was commended by the department for his "relentless efforts in protecting lives and contributing in the arrest of an attempted-murder suspect."
