Man Fatally Shot in Camden County, NJ, Sunday Afternoon
A 47-year-old man was fatally shot in Camden County Sunday afternoon.
Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay's office says at about 12:45 Sunday, officers responded to 7th and Bailey Streets in Camden after they received a ShotSpotter activation.
At the scene, authorities found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim, later identified as 47-year-old Jose Rivera of Camden, was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced dead minutes later.
