Amanda Torres of Queens was part of a protest of 12-15 people outside the Bergen County Jail and told sheriff's officers she would "f**k all y'all up."
Bergen County's Sheriff said Sunday that while peaceful protests against ICE policies were welcome, inciting violence and chaos would not be tolerated.
The report of the ICE arrests was blasted by the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey, which has been advocating for the early release.
"I just want people to remember those kids," artist Amy Putman said, of children separated from unauthorized immigrant families and still being held alone in U.S. detention centers.
Unauthorized immigrants who want new driver's licenses from New Jersey may first have to get a letter of ineligibility from the Social Security Administration.
