WATCH: Gov. Christie to Deliver State of the State Address

Gov. Chris Christie will deliver the State of the State Address to the 217th Session of the Legislature and to the people of New Jersey this afternoon at 2:00.

Christie's speech comes at a time when it appears unlikely that he will be joining President-elect Donald Trump's team in Washington while, closer to home, his approval ratings have been below 20 percent in the most recent polls.
