From strangulation to shoplifting, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, cops arrest 67 people

Officers with the Egg Harbor Township Police Department were quite busy during the second half of March, arresting over five dozen people.

According to statistics posted to Facebook, the department responded to 2,808 calls for service from March 16th through 31st.

Among those calls:

• 224 EMS calls
• 30 domestic violence calls
• 503 motor vehicle stops
• 219 tickets written
• 93 motor vehicle crashes
• 2 commercial burglaries
• 991 property checks

Those arrested are facing charges ranging from shoplifting to strangulation, throwing bodily fluids to driving under the influence, and beyond.
