NOTE: THIS IS A SECOND SET OF ALLEGATIONS … FROM A SECOND PLAINTIFF.

The following litigation involves a second deeply disturbing set of accusations regarding Floyd Tally, The City of Atlantic City, Mayor Marty Small and others.

This should not be confused with our earlier report regarding Virginia Coley. That is an entirely separate disturbing allegation.

Here is a link to our earlier report.

There have been repeated issues and allegations regarding Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small’s so-called “anti-violence” initiative.

We have been calling for it to be disbanded and urging New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Shelia Oliver to step in and take appropriate action.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has entrusted Oliver, to oversee Atlantic City as a part of her portfolio.

The same attorney, David Castellani (who filed the Virginia Coley lawsuit) has also filed the Tyyona Robinson lawsuit, located below.

The various counts detail in great specificity serious allegations regarding various forms of misconduct, sexual and otherwise.

In his complaint, Castellani has requested that his client receive a trial by jury.

Atlantic City Mayor Small’s so-called non-violence program has resulted in many serious criminal allegations and now these disturbing civil charges are being incurred by multiple members of the non-violence program.

Castellani has become the new “It” attorney when it comes to winning big cases against the City of Atlantic City during the volatile and controversial Small administration.

For example, Castellani is currently representing retired Retired Atlantic City Police Officer John Devlin, who has a massive lawsuit that is currently working its way through the legal process.

Devlin has been removed from both his Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority and Atlantic City Board of Education (board) seats.

Many (including me) believe that Small has politically retaliated against Devlin.

Atlantic City Council Member at Large George Tibbitt has stated publicly on WPG Talk Radio 95.5 that “Mayor Small lied to us and we owe John Devlin a public apology.”

Tibbitt went on to give Devlin an on-air public apology and said “if Small had not lied to us, I never would have voted to remove John Devlin from his Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority board seat.

Devlin was removed by just one vote in a bitter split decision.

Devlin’s removal from the Atlantic City Board of Education is currently under appeal.
