With a 4th person (Toria Young) now facing criminal charges in the Marty and La’Quetta Small child abuse case … a whisper campaign is presently under way in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Who will be the first criminal defendant to turn on Marty and La’Quetta Small?

For example, will Atlantic City High School Principal Constance Days-Chapman be willing to lose everything to remain loyal to Marty and La’Quetta Small?

Days-Chapman is presently suspended with pay.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office presented Days-Chapman to an Atlantic County Grand Jury, who returned an indictment on multiple counts as follows:

  • second-degree Official
    Misconduct.
  • one count of second-degree Pattern of Official Misconduct.
  • one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
  • one count of third-degree Hindering
    Apprehension of Another.

These are the kinds of criminal charges, that if you are convicted, the result is a lengthy mandatory prison sentence.

There’s an old adage that the first person to cooperate with law enforcement gets the best deal.

With the Atlantic City High Principal (Days-Chapman) and now her secretary, (Toria Young) facing serious criminal charges … most Atlantic City observers believe that one or both will ultimately decide to cooperate with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Days-Chapman was Marty Small campaign manager for his last run for Mayor of Atlantic City.

Young is related to Marty and La’Quetta Small.

Marty and La’Quetta Small are also facing indictment on multiple serious child abuse criminal charges.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office is currently widening its net and it’s palpable watching as they close-in on (now) four individuals.

A big question remains … will any others face criminal charges in this disturbing child abuse case?
