Elaborate Collaboration Delivers Results
For 3 months, the Atlantic City Police Department joined forces with other key working partners, which led to the arrests of three alleged drug dealers and the recovery of a gun.
Atlantic City Police Department Has Released The Following:
The investigation was led by ACPD Detective Christopher Dodson with assistance from members of the DEA Liberty Mid-Atlantic High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, New Jersey State Police, Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, and Atlantic City Police Department's Special Investigations Section. The search warrants were executed by members of the Atlantic City Police Department's SWAT team and the Atlantic County SWAT Team, said the Atlantic City Police Department.
These Three Suspects Have Been Arrested
ARRESTED:
Shane Tutis, 30 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey. of Pleasantville,
CHARGES:
- Possession of CDS (five counts).
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute (four counts).
- maintaining a CDS production facility.
- unlawful possession of a weapon.
- certain person not to possess a firearm.
- possession of a firearm during a CDS offense.
- money laundering.
- possession of CDS paraphernalia.
ARRESTED:
Dominique Handy, 34 years old, from Mays Landing, New Jersey.
CHARGES:
- Possession of CDS (five counts).
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute (four counts).
- maintaining a CDS production facility.
- unlawful possession of a weapon.
- certain person not to possess a firearm.
- possession of a firearm during a CDS offense.
- money laundering.
- possession of CDS paraphernalia.
ARRESTED:
Hikima White, 38 years old, from Mays Landing, New Jersey.
CHARGES:
- Possession of CDS (five counts).
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute (four counts).
- maintaining a CDS production facility.
- unlawful possession of a weapon.
- certain person not to possess a firearm.
- possession of a firearm during a CDS offense.
- money laundering.
- possession of CDS paraphernalia.
