The Atlantic City, New Jersey Casino Industry has done its job. Visit Atlantic City has done its job.

They are both excelling, despite the woefully incompetent local and school leadership in Atlantic City.

This is the story about the past 6 years of abject failure by Marty and La’Quetta Small … the husband and wife duo, who currently run the show.

The Scope & Size of Atlantic City

Maine to Jackson Avenue … from the bay to the boardwalk. That’s it. There are only 48 blocks to manage in Atlantic City.

The Leadership Team of Small & Small

Marty Small is Mayor and he has never held a job in his life outside of the taxpaying public payrolls.

La’Quetta Small is the public schools superintendent. Before being hired, she was principal of the high school for a short time.

Small & Small have done a very bad job in every measurable way.

Enrollment in the Atlantic City Public Schools has declined … along with student test scores.

On the city side, Atlantic City is perceived to be unsafe and unclean. Both are destroyers for a world class destination resort.

More Than $ 500 Million To Spend

Can you imagine being given more than $ 500 million per-year to manage just 48 blocks?

The streets should be paved in gold. Instead, they’re not paved at all.

Small & Small Are Both Criminally Indicted

Both of the Small’s are bad managers and they set a bad example.

Marty Small is currently under indictment for a number of criminal charges, including alleged child abuse and witness tampering charges.

La’Quetta Small currently faces a 2nd Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child criminal indictment.

Atlantic City, New Jersey Needs New Management

Jack Ciattarelli is ready to fix the problem. For inexplicable reasons, the state of New Jersey has allowed Small & Small to run wild.

For example, New Jersey law strictly forbids someone indicted for a disqualifying offense to remain on the job … yet, La’Quetta Small has not been suspended, pending the resolution of her criminal charge.
