According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office,

On September 17, 2024, officers of the Atlantic City Police Department were conducting surveillance when they observed Campbell engage in multiple suspected hand-to-hand CDS transactions. Based on these observations, Campbell was apprehended, searched, and found to be in possession of 41 wax folds containing fentanyl, as well as other CDS paraphernalia.

The guilty plea comes almost exactly two years after the above incident.

December 2, 2024

Atlantic City Police Department Officers were conducting a motor vehicle stop. During the stop, Campbell, who was the driver of the motor vehicle, had an active warrant.

He was arrested and the Atlantic City Police Officers found him in possession of cocaine.

December 23, 2024

On Christmas Eve, Eve — Atlantic City Police Department Officers responded to a report of two individuals unconscious in a car.

Campbell was The driver of the vehicle and he was treated by EMTs on the scene.

While Campbell was being assessed, it was noticed that a handgun was protruding from his fanny pack.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that “Campbell is a certain person not to possess weapons due to prior convictions. He was arrested and charged accordingly.”
