
Atlantic County, NJ, Possession & Intent To Distribute Drugs
The Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office has obtained guilty pleas from two men from Absecon and Atlantic regarding possession of drugs, with an intent to distribute.

Jaquan Washington
Washington is 31 years old from Absecon, New Jersey.
On January 21, 2026, Washington, 31, pled guilty on three separate indictments to five counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics. Pursuant to the terms of his plea agreement, Washington's recommended sentence will be three years in New Jersey State Prison, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Timothy Kelly
On that same date, Washington's co-defendant on one case, Timothy Kelly, 33, from Atlantic City, NJ, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute narcotics. Kelly's plea agreement recommends a sentence of five years in New Jersey State Prison, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
