They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. Just look at the expression on the face of Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small, who is pictured with Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds.

A single image (or two) can communicate ideas, emotions, and stories more effectively than a long written verbal description.

These pictures help us to understand situations instantly because they show specific details that are difficult to explain with words alone.

Small and Reynolds did not acknowledge one another yesterday, but, were within very close proximity of each other.

These are two priceless looks by Small while Reynolds was at the podium speaking during yesterday’s “Community Walk to Promote Safer Atlantic City” event.

Non-verbal communication is many times much more powerful than the spoken or written word.

Mayor Small let everyone know exactly how he feels about Reynolds.

Can you Blame Small?

Reynolds attempted to jail Mayor Small — take his job and that of his wife’s, Dr. La’Quetta Small and their best friend, Dr. Constance Days-Chapman.

On December 18, 2025, at approximately 12:00 noon, Mayor Small was unanimously vindicated by an Atlantic County Jury.

Immediately following the verdict, Small addressed those gathered outside the courtroom and was gracious and conciliatory towards all — except for Reynolds and one local member of the media, who Small surgically dismantled.
