Atlantic City Mayor Small Won It All — But, May Still Lose It All
You have to give Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small credit for this past Tuesday’s election results. However, after 3 big victories, he may lose it all next month.
Small Victory # 1
Marty Small won another 4-year term as Mayor of Atlantic City. Small won by a very wide margin.
Small Victory # 2
All three of the Marty Small Atlantic City Council candidates won by a large margin.
Small Victory # 3
All three of the Marty Small Board of Education candidates won by a large margin.
All of the above represent new 4-year terms beginning this January 1, 2026.
Small Won It All — Despite Facing 4 Criminal Endorsements
To be fair, this is no small feat. Marty Small was re-elected despite facing four very serious criminal indictments.
Marty Small’s Atlantic County criminal trial is set to begin on December 1, 2025; unless Small succeeds in obtaining yet another delay.
La’Quetta Small, who is Marty’s wife, faces her own separate criminal trial on January 12, 2026.
Conclusion:
Politically speaking, Marty Small won it all on November 4, 2025.
By the middle of December, Small may lose it all … including his freedom.
The stakes couldn’t be higher for Marty Small.
