• 2026 = $ 1,062,000
• 2027 = $ 902,700

Atlantic City is on a glide path towards self-governance in the not too distant future.

The City of Atlantic City must comply with state of New Jersey commands, while they are under agreement regarding state oversight.

In the first 45 years, Atlantic City went from 250 residents in 1854 to 27,000 residents by the year 1900. There are about 40,000 residents in 2026.
