Atlantic City, NJ Area Hearing on Threat That Wind Power Presents

It’s no longer conjecture or unproven theories.

We have already witnessed the negative environmental impact from just one blade, from one ocean wind turbine and the environmental catastrophe that it caused.

It sent sharp shards of fiberglass and other harmful contaminants and resulted in the closure of the ocean near Nantucket, Massachusetts to bathers.

Imagine if the ocean polluters get their way and are allowed to install countless wind turbines in the Atlantic Ocean all throughout coastline of New Jersey?

The greatest champion to date to stop this inevitable environmental disaster from becoming a reality is United States Congressman Jeff Van Drew, NJ-R-2.

You can join Congressman Van Drew on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Brigantine Community School located at 301 E. Evans Boulivard as he hosts a hearing about Offshore Wind.

Van Drew, has been a staunch opponent of offshore wind turbines being placed in the Atlantic Ocean from Day 1.

Van Drew will be joined by U.S. Representatives Chris Smith, NJ-R-4,  and Scott Perry, R-PA., along with experts on public utilities, wind energy acoustics and the fishing industry.

Additionally, they will be joined by a community leader from Nantucket, Massachusetts, “where a wind farm operator was ordered to suspend operations after a wind turbine blade fell into the water, broke apart and washed up on beaches,” said Van Drew.

Jack Ciatterelli, the leading candidate to be the next Governor of New Jersey is adamantly opposed to the implementation of these proposed behemoth wind turbines.

This is now a proposition of trying to run out the clock on the Biden-Harris administration and New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy administration, who will leaving.

It has been stunning to watch Democrats, the Sierra Club and others, who used to oppose reasonable development if a tree frog was found on a project … now simply ignore the countless mammals that have died, along with other potential negative environmental impact consequences.

They have lost all moral standing forever.
