The suspended Atlantic City, New Jersey High School Principal has lost, again!

Constance Days-Chapman has filed every conceivable motion during the past year. Motions to suppress evidence. Motions to dismiss her case altogether and more.

New Jersey Superior Court Judge DeLury has ruled against Days-Chapman each and every time.

Days-Chapman Faces The Following Serious Criminal Charges

Days-Chapman is currently fighting for her freedom and her teaching and supervisors certificates.

An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Days-Chapman on August 17, 2024 on a variety of criminal counts as follows:

• second-degree Official
  Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Pattern of Official Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
• one count of third-degree Hindering
  Apprehension of Another.

Days-Chapman Attorney Lee Vartan

Vartan is one of the finest attorney’s in the state of New Jersey.

However, he is not a miracle worker, and the evidence against Days-Chapman is devastating and voluminous.

We have obtained a copy of Judge DeLuey’s Order, whereby he has just ruled against Days-Chapman.

Vartan filed a motion to reconsider Judge DeLury’s previous decision to reject a motion to dismiss the myriad of charges against Days-Chapman

There Will Be 3 Separate Trials

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, his wife, LaQuetta Small, who is the Atlantic City Superintendent of Public Schools … and, Days-Chapman will each have a separate trial.

La’Quetta Small was successful in her motion (before DeLury) to separate herself from her husband, Marty Small.

There is no public Information available at this time regarding when the trials will begin. The early belief.was that Marty Small would go first.
