
Police Seek Information After Teen Girl Shot in Atlantic City
Atlantic City, N.J. — Authorities in the World's Play Ground are investigating a shooting that left a teenage girl wounded.
The Atlantic City Police Department said its officers responded to the 600 block of New York Avenue around 11:45 on the night of June 2nd for a report of a person who had been shot.
Arriving officers found the victim, a 16-year-old female from Atlantic City, wounded with a life-threatening injury.
She was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division for treatment and officials believe she is expected to survive.

No other information was released by police.
