
Atlantic County, NJ Prosecutor Names New Leadership Team
Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor William “Will” E. Reynolds has announced his new executive leadership team as follows:
Reynolds is most pleased that each appointment came from within the existing ranks of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
“Their breadth of experience and diverse backgrounds will further strengthen our commitment to service,” said Reynolds.

Here is the new ACPO executive leadership team as follows:
FIRST ASSISTANT PROSECUTOR
Erik Bergman, who was previously the Chief Assistant Prosecutor of the Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Section.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT PROSECUTOR
Richard McKelvey, who was previously the Chief Assistant Prosecutor of the Trial Section.
CHIEF COUNSEL TO THE PROSECUTOR
Mario Formica, who was previously the Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor of the Appellate-Civil Litigation Section.
DEPUTY CHIEF OF COUNTY DETECTIVES
Patrick Snyder, who was previously the Captain of County Detectives and Commander of Atlantic County SWAT.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Raymond Royster, who was previously the Victim-Witness Coordinator.
VICTIM-WITNESS MANAGER
Patricia Hayek, who was previously the Supervising Victim-Witness Advocate.
Thus far, the Will Reynolds era has been filled with a flurry of action and a sense of urgency to:
- Catch the murderers.
- Go after the drug dealers.
- Round up the pedophiles.
- Effective community outreach.
This formula is exactly what Atlantic County has needed, as violence here and around the country continues to escalate.
