Atlantic County, New Jersey Sheriff Joe O’Donoghue has released details of the latest Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department arrests for April 10, 2016 through April 23, 2026 as follows:

April 10, 2026

Hilliard Booker, 58 years old, from Egg Harbor Twp., was arrested in Egg Harbor Township by Det. P. Burgan and Det. M. Brown on a Superior Court warrant for Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Assault and Assault by Auto.

April 13, 2026

Helen A. Coyle, 36 years old, from Atlantic City, was arrested in Atlantic City by Det. T. Paige, Det. K. Borlandoe and Det. J. Pennington on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS and 2 municipal warrants issued by Seaside Heights in the amount of $ 1,500.00.

Sean R. Miller, 35, years old, from Atlantic City, was arrested in Atlantic City by Det. T. Paige, Det. J. Pennington and Det. B. Martyn on a Superior Court warrant for Theft and 3 municipal warrants issued by Perth Amboy and Atlantic City Joint in the amount of $ 4,520.00.

Rajirah H. Smith, 27 years old, from Atlantic City, was arrested in Mays Landing by Inv. C. Macwan on a no bail municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint.

Ronald M. Blackwell, 35 years old, from Somers Point, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City by Det. T. Paige and Det. K. Borlandoe on 2 Superior Court warrants for Shoplifting and Possession of CDS.

Jocelyn Caprice, 41 years old, from Galloway Township, New Jersey, was arrested in Galloway Township, by Det. S. Jinks and Det. J. Cintron on non-support in the amount of $ 7,956.43.

Jose Estrada, 25, years old, from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey was arrested in Egg Harbor Township, by Det. S. Jinks and Det. J. Cintron on 2 non-support warrants totaling $ 15,766.97.

Luis Perez-Venegas, 44 years old, from Hammonton, New Jersey, was arrested in Hamilton Township by S/O A. Dao on a municipal warrant issued by Hammonton Joint in the amount of $ 1,000.00.
