Key Apprehended Fugitives By The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department In 2025 & 2026

September 12, 2025

Dahmir Fuller-Faulkner: Arrested by Sheriff Detectives. He was wanted on five separate Superior Court warrants, including: armed robbery, manufacturing/distributing CDS (controlled dangerous substances), and employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime. A physical struggle took place during this arrest as Fuller-Faulkner resisted arrest and reached into his waistband for a Glock handgun.

September 30, 2025

Glen Daley: Arrested by the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department, in collaboration with New York law enforcement authorities. Daley was a wanted fugitive on a Violation of Parole Warrant for attempted murder.

Late 2025

Jordan Ragland was captured in California in late 2025 by the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force in direct coordination with the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department. Ragland had been on the Atlantic County Most Wanted list for drug trafficking charges since 2021.

Muhammad Shafique was arrested on April 27, 2026, in Hamilton Township, New Jersey on a Superior Court warrant for Terroristic Threats.
Hilliard Booker was arrested on April 10, 2026, in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, on a Superior Court warrant for Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Assault, and Assault by Auto.
Simone Mason was arrested on June 16, 2026, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on a Superior Court warrant for Burglary.
Jamie Winters was arrested on June 16, 2026, in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, and charged as a Fugitive from Justice. A Pennsylvania warrant for his arrest was in effect.
Elaina Reyes was arrested on June 17, 2026, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on a Superior Court warrant for Burglary.
Kelly Frazier was arrested on January 5, 2026, in Atlantic City, New Jersey on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS, Obstructing Administration, and Resisting Arrest.
Tyrese Childs was arrested on May 22, 2026, in Atlantic City, New Jersey on three separate Superior Court warrants for Possession of CDS, Endangering, and Hindering Apprehension.
