Here is our list of the best caramel popcorn that is available in the Atlantic City, New Jersey and Cape May County, New Jersey areas.

We begin with my absolute favorite caramel popcorn of all time …

Johnson’s Popcorn, with multiple locations on the Ocean City Boardwalk, has been making their famous version since 1940.

You can also buy this wonderful product at numerous other locations that sell it.

They ship all over the world and offer varieties with chocolate drizzle, peanuts and various combinations off all of the above.

Pop's Caramel Corn and Creamery is located on the Boardwalk in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn Wildwood gives Wildwood two different establishments on our list.

It is a newer store on the Wildwood Boardwalk and they offer at least 20 different handcrafted varieties of popcorn.

Sea Isle Carmel Popcorn Is located on the Boardwalk and earns a place on our list.

Fralinger's is located on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City since 1884 and they are most famous for their salt water taffy, fudge and peanut brittle.

In 1884, Joseph Fralinger was presented with the opportunity to takeover a taffy store in Atlantic City. He spent much of the next year studying and opened in 1885 with a molasses flavored taffy only.

As time went on, they’ve added about 25 additional flavors, which was the largest selection at the time.

James Candy and Fralinger’s has since merged.

Cape May Popcorn Factory is located on Gurney Street in Cape May City, New Jersey.

They have been open since 1979.

They offer 25 different flavors of popcorn.

Chef Steve’s Popcorn Truck. The quality and variety are fantastic.

You will see them at various festivals, tournaments and events through Atlantic and Cape May Counties.

We have regularly seen them at the Friday Night Somers Point Beach Concert Series.

Steels Fudge is located on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City and it has been an Atlantic City tradition since 1919, when Elizabeth Steel opened Steels Fudge.

Their long-time motto has been “Now we know why Grandma says … Steels Fudge is Best.”

They consider their caramel popcorn to be a boardwalk staple for decades.
