This is the first time that we are revisiting this since March 4, 2023. Here are the 20 best chicken wings in Atlantic County, New Jersey, from our panel of “foodies.”

Di’Orio’s Circle Cafe — Don Hurley Cafe.

1. Di'ORIO's CIRCLE CAFE

10 MacArthur Boulevard, Somers Point, New Jersey.

Don Hurley, a chicken wing aficionado declares that Di’Orio’s are the best in Atlantic County.

2. JULIANO's PUB & GRILL

2264 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Juliano’s Pub & Grill also have some of my favorite chicken tenders.

3. DUCKTOWN TAVERN & LIQUORS

2400 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Ducktown Tavern wings have up from a tie for 4th in Match, 2023, when we last reviewed the best wings in Atlantic County.

4. ROBERT'S PLACE

7807 Atlantic Avenue, Margate, New Jersey.

Everything that Robert Sutor does, he does well. His chicken wings are no exception.

5. CHARLIE'S BAR

800 Shore Road, Somers Point, New Jersey.

Charlie’s chicken wings could easily be higher on this list and they are legendary for their famous bucket of chicken tenders, too.

6. J. D's PUB & GRILL

45 S. New York Road, Galloway Township, New Jersey.

These are delicious and they just may have the best presentation in Atlantic County (aesthetically).

7. GREGORY'S RESTAURANT & BAR

900 Shore Road, Somers Point, New Jersey.

Gregory’s has moved up from 9th in our March, 2023 review to 7th in June, 2026.

8. THE ANCHORAGE TAVERN & RESTAURANT

823 Bay Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey.

They have moved up from 11th in 2023, to 8th in our June, 2026 review.

I’m also a huge fan of this great restaurant and their “Titantic” size Chick Parm, which I turn into three separate meals.

I’m a big fan of owner Mike Fitzgerald, too. He is a hands-on and incredibly hard-working owner.

9. HOOTERS OF ATLANTIC CITY

2821 Boardwalk Tropicana Casino Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Some may go to Hooters for other reasons, but, make no mistake about it … their chicken wings are great.

10. KELSEY'S

1545 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Great food, great owners, who take such pride in their quality restaurant. They regularly have a line waiting before opening.

We’ve moved Kelsey’s up from 16th in March, 2023, to 10th in June, 2026.

11. VENTURA'S OFFSHORE CAFE

2015 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey.

A great restaurant. We have moved them up 2 places from our March, 2023 review.

12. CHICKIES & PETE'S

6055 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Great seafood, too.

13. TENNESSEE AVENUE BEER HALL

133 South Tennessee Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Mark Callazzo and Sal Spena are working their fine Atlantic City properties very hard and have earned a spot on our list.

14. South Jersey Smoke House

40 Boston Avenue, Egg Harbor City, New Jersey,

They won the Wing Fest competition that was held at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino recently.

They are a catering business, so follow them on their social media, and you can find them throughout the region, such as recent at Reed’s Farm Market in Egg Harbor Township.

15. VAGABOND KITCHEN & TAP HOUSE

Atlantic City & Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

We have moved them up from 17th in 2023, to 15th in June, 2026.

16. CROSSROADS BAR & GRILL

Two locations, Atlantic City and Egg Harbor Township.

We have moved them up 2 places since 2023.

19. BACK BAY ALE HOUSE

800 N New Hampshire Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

One of the best views in all of Atlantic City. Gardner’s Basin is an under appreciated Jewel in the Crown.

20. (TIE) HANGTIME BAR & GRILLE

353 E. White Horse Pike, Absecon, New Jersey.

They also made our list at # 19 in 2023.

20. (TIE) MICCHELLI’S PIZZA

3121 Fire Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

These are Andrew Lauriello’s favorite chicken wings, and, they are new to this year’s list.

Well, that's our list of the 20 Best Chicken Wings in Atlantic County, New Jersey, for June, 2026. We’ll revisit thus, again in the future.

People take their chicken wings seriously. From taste and texture to everything in between.

That's because chicken wings are serious business. Customers consume more than 30 billion wings throughout America every year, according to The American Poultry Association.

Wings come in many forms, tastes and sizes. They are also broken down into the common form of "flats" and "drumsticks."

While never officially confirmed, it appears that men prefer chicken wing “drumsticks” and women prefer “flats.”

America has had a love affair with chicken wings since 1964 when they were first created in Buffalo, New York.

The PIC-A-LILLI PUB, formerly in Atlantic City has closed forever since our 2023 review. That had some of the all-time best chicken wings in Atlantic County.
