Here are my two favorite fried shrimp entreés that are available in Cape May, New Jersey.

The Lobster House

This delicious meal is perfect every time. You can order it from the regular menu — it comes with two side dishes of your choice.

Side dishes include:

Red Bliss Potatoes, Baked Potato, Mashed Potatoes, Stewed Tomatoes, vegetables and more to choose from.

There are so many great selections on The Lobster House expansive menu — yet, my sister Karen orders the fried shrimp every time we dine there.

The taste and texture are consistently well prepared.

I always get this. I order it broiled. You can also have it steamed or fried.

My two side dishes are always the red bliss potatoes and stewed tomatoes. The Lobster House and The Crab Trap, in Somers Point, gave the best stewed tomatoes — they explode with flavor.

I always take half of my lobster tail home. If you’re not going right home, the lobster house retail store will give you a plastic bag filled with ice to keep your lobster safe and fresh — If you are going to enjoy some time in Cape May after your lunch, or, dinner.
