Comprised of shrimp, scallops, clams, crab meat, parmesan cream, surgery over a bad perfectly prepared linguini.
Below is my favorite seafood meal. It is also Kristin Hurley Baker’s favorite seafood meal. Kristin introduced me to this wonderful meal a number of years ago.
It’s called Seafood Pan Roast.

STEVE & COOKIES - MARGATE
The above meal just may be the perfect seafood meal. It includes:
A Lobster Tail, 2 huge shrimp, 2 scallops and a nice portion of jumbo lump crab meat.
It’s perfect every time.
Here’s a bonus Steve & Cookies seafood item that is also the best that you’ll find anywhere.
Above, is Cookie Till’s interpretation of lobster macaroni and cheese, topped with Panco breadcrumbs … set with a perfect shrimp cocktail.
Outstanding foodie Kristin Hurley Baker calls it the finest anywhere.
Next is the only submission to make our list that is not served at an area restaurants … rather, it was prepared at home.

Stetzer’s attention to detail and overall presentation is gourmet restaurant caliber each and every time he prepares a meal for his family at home.

”So many good ones!! I narrowed some of my many favorites down to just two. The seafood potato skins at Clam Bar (stuffed with lobster, shrimp and crab meat baked in a sour cream and cheese sauce) and the soft shell crabs from Gregory's (sautéed in butter, garlic and lemon).”
Katie added this addendum: “Btw side note: the thing I love most about Gregory's soft shells compared to other places is that they serve them every day. Always a guarantee and always amazing!”

”Don't sleep on Chef Mohammed Baghat's seafood creations at the Golden Pyramid in Mays Landing. His stuffed Salmon with Lobster Saffron sauce, Egyptian Flounder, Spanish Seafood Paella! If you know - you know,” wrote Piotrowski.

Smitty's Clam Bar. In its 50th (and sadly final season). (EDITOR’S NOTE: Not so fast).
"Seafood Au'Gratin." Made with Snow Crab, Shrimp and scallops baked in a wine and cheese sauce. Made to perfection.”
“The seafood and unique sauce are blended perfectly for a remarkable dining experience.”
“$15.99 for generous portion, which I was unable to finish, and will enjoy again later.”
“My highest recommendation for this great dish.”
”In the event this is the last season...make it a point to enjoy this historic landmark, located on Bay Avenue in Somers Point,” wrote Don Hurley.
NOTE: I received a comment previously that this will not be the last year for Smitty’s Clam Bar in Somers Point. Many will be very pleased.
