The Mayor Marty Small Atlantic City, New Jersey, Scholarship program is continuing in 2026.

Here Are The Basic Parameters

• 40 scholarships will be available for graduating high school seniors who will be attending college.
• 12 scholarships will be available for residents that are pursuing a master's degree, doctorate degree, or trade school program.

All applicants must be Atlantic City residents! If you have previously received a Mayor Small scholarship, you are not eligible to apply this year.

This year, scholarship funding is available through the American Rescue Plan and the city's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) office.
