
Camden Man, 24, Killed in Early Morning Shooting
Camden, N.J. — Detectives are investigating a shooting that killed a man in Camden early Tuesday morning.
ShotSpotter Alert Brings Police to Scene
The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said just before 12:30 AM, officers with the Camden County Police Department responded to the 200 block of Morse Street in reference to a ShotSpotter activation.
At the scene, authorities located a gunshot victim, identified as 24-year-old Luis J. Bonet of Camden, in the area of Baird Boulevard and Boyd Street. Bonet was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead minutes later.

Officials said this is an active and ongoing investigation; no arrests have been made at this time.
