Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ, to Get $2B Makeover
Cooper University Hospital in Camden is expected to undergo some serious renovations in the coming years.
The announcement was made on Monday, September 19th, that Cooper will be undergoing an expansion project worth $2 billion.
According to NJ.com, the work will primarily be so the hospital has the capacity to take in even more patients than they already do.
The project is expected to break ground during the early part of 2023. It will add three more buildings to the campus, as well as one hundred additional rooms.

The final estimate for the project has yet to be be revealed and may take almost a decade to complete.
