I enjoyed the game from our condo in Orlando after taking a dip in the pool. My wife, Karen, wore her lucky No. 9 Rodney Peete jersey and received quite a few “Go Birds” comments in Florida.

1. Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean. (First career interception was a Pick 6 on his birthday.)
2. Eagles defensive end Josh Sweat (2.5 sacks).
3. Eagles place-kicker Jake Elliott (4-for-4 field goals)

Eagles’ best play
Rookie cornerback Cooper DeJean celebrated his 23 rd birthday by intercepting Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and returning it 38 yards for a TD.

Eagles’ worst play
Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy got past the Eagles backup secondary for a 50-yard TD in the fourth quarter.

Did you notice?
Eagles QB Jalen Hurts was named MVP. He threw two TD passes and ran for one.… Eagles DE Brandon Graham, T Lane Johnson, K Jake Elliott and LS Ric Lovato became the first Eagles to play in three Super Bowls … Worthy caught 8 passes for 157 yards and 2 TDs.… Saquon Barkley was held to 57 yards on 35 carries.… Mahomes threw for 257 yards and 3 TDs with 2 interceptions.
