A 29-year-old man has died after being shot earlier this month in Camden.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office says on the night of Thursday, November 16th, authorities received 9-1-1 calls along with a ShotSpotter alert from the 200 block of North 33rd Street in the city.

At the scene, officers located a man, later identified as Edward Ross of Camden, suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he remained in critical condition until succumbing to his injuries on the evening of November 21st.

This investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
