The first comments by Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor Will Reynolds would be entertaining .. if this matter was not so serious.

Today's verdict, while disappointing, is what America's all about … we respectfully disagree with the jury, said Reynolds.

Will They Continue With The Prosecution of La’Quetta Small?

Reynolds has said that his team will meet and that they will meet with the victim and discuss how to proceed.

Sophistry?

What Is There Really To Meet About?

Absolutely nothing. The Marty Small legal defense team annihilated the prosecution in his trial.

The near instantaneous Marty Small unanimous jury verdict obviously extends to his wife. In fact, until La’Quetta Small filed a motion to have a separate trial … it was the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s intention to try Mr. and Mrs. Small together.

Hence, they both would have been acquitted this past Thursday.

The January Trial Date For La’Quetta Small

Has already been moved forward to April 20, 2026. It had previously been scheduled to begin on either January 12 or 15, 2026.

The Next Thing You Hear …

Will be that the 2nd Degree Endangering The welfare of A Child charge has been dismissed against La’Quetta Small.

Don’t bother listening to any of the nonsensical, static noise until then.

The Decent Thing To Do …

Would be for the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office to dismiss the La’Quetta Small criminal case before Christmas.

At this point, they have no case against La’Quetta Small whatsoever.

It’s dishonest to pretend otherwise.

The Fate Of Constance Days-Chapman

I will report more about this in the future. For now, let me say that the Days-Chapman case is uniquely different than Marty and La’Quetta Small.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has a legitimate decision to make here. It could go one way or the other … whether to proceed with a prosecution of Days-Chapman.

However, they lost so badly to Marty Small … that they may just decide to cut their losses.
