Margie Hurley submitted the Seafood Tower, which I love and it’s a real favorite with Visit Atlantic City clients.

The incredible food connoisseur, Peter Caporilli submitted the Long Hots, advising that he didn’t have a photograph, “because they don’t last long.”
I’m happy to report that Dean Cordivari, Brother of owner Jimmy Cordivari saw this and sent us this wonderful photograph (see below).

Terri Bruenning Hudson made it easy and said to “try any of Chef Scott's signature starters at Oyster Creek.”
THE CRAB TRAP - SOMERS POINT
This is my own submission. I love the crab bisque soup, my favorite version of all time and the mini crab bites. Both are perfect every time.

Mark Giannantonio is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

Mark’s favorite appetizer is called “Fritto Misto,” which consists of a variety of fried seafood and calamari, red cherry peppers, with Clams Oreganata.
