Mark Giannantonio is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

Capriccio is the # 1 casino restaurant in America by USA Today 10Best Readers Choice for the past three years and four out of the past five years.

Mark’s favorite appetizer is called “Fritto Misto,” which consists of a variety of fried seafood and calamari, red cherry peppers, with Clams Oreganata.
