On Monday, June 22, 2026, Javar Bing, 45 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was sentenced for:
- third-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
- second-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
- first-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute.

Sn aggregate term of 12 years in New Jersey State Prison.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Has Shared The Following Facts of The Case

On March 12, 2026, members of the New Jersey State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested the defendant in the Atlantic City Rail Terminal. The defendant was found in possession of cocaine in a quantity over five ounces, methamphetamine in a quantity over one-half ounce; and heroin/fentanyl, in a quantity under one half ounce, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
