Golden Nugget Casino, Atlantic City, NJ Giving Away Free Furniture

The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, in Atlantic City, New Jersey is doing a great thing for the community.

The marina district casino is in the process of a multimillion dollar renovation of their hotel rooms and suites.

The Golden Nugget is giving away furniture and mattresses for free, while supplies last.

The City of Atlantic City is partnering with The Golden Nugget to help facilitate this giveaway program.

The free furniture giveaway begins today, Wednesday, October  2, 2024.

The available hours this week are:

• Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.

The Golden Nugget has excess mattresses (king, queen and full size), box springs, pillows, couches, sectionals, lamps, tables, chairs, clocks and more available for residents of Atlantic City only.

The City of Atlantic City wants to share the following operational information regarding this generous, free giveaway program.

Upon arrival, residents picking up items will be guided to the appropriate pickup point by members of the Atlantic City Police Department and Golden Nugget Atlantic City security. Residents MUST provide their own means for pickup and transportation. Golden Nugget Atlantic City is located at 600 Huron Avenue.

After this week, items will be available for pickup from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM every Monday to Thursday while supplies last.

In these challenging financial times, this affords many residents the opportunity to obtain much-needed furnishings for their homes.
