The currently suspended and indicted Atlantic City, New Jersey High School principal has lost yet another appeal.
Constance Days-Chapman Loses, Again
We have confirmed that a New Jersey Appellate Court has denied Constance Days-Chapman’s appeal of (trial judge) New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury’s decision to reject Days-Chapman’s motion to dismiss her criminal charges.
What Criminal Charges Does Days-Chapman Face?
An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Days-Chapman on August 17, 2024 on a variety of criminal counts as follows:
- second-degree Official
Misconduct. - one count of second-degree Pattern of Official Misconduct.
- one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
- one count of third-degree Hindering
Apprehension of Another.

The Appellate Court (Judge’s KATIE A. GUMMER & CHRISTINE M. VANEK) voted 2-0 to deny the Days-Chapman appeal.
