Jon Bon Jovi Donates $500K to Feed Ukrainian Refugees

It is no secret that Jon Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea, are generous philanthropists and they proved that again this week.

The Bongiovi family donated $500,000 dollars to help feed the people of Ukraine.

Gov. Murphy and his family started an effort to raise $2 million for the displaced people of Ukraine and their Middletown neighbor just so happens to be the rocker himself.

Phil and his wife Tammy donated $100,000 to the fund as well.

It makes perfect sense that Bon Jovi would step right up to help since hunger has always been a cause close to his heart.  If you are not familiar, he and Dorothea created their Soul Kitchen concept to feed those in need and to generate money for food insecurity. Customers who eat at Soul Kitchen pay whatever they want per meal.
